Ryan Rannelli, Founding Principal
Ryan Rannelli is a consecutive two-time boxing champion, entrepreneur, and the founder of No Excuse Boxing, one of Canada’s fastest-growing boxing gym dedicated to discipline, community, and personal transformation.
As a decorated athlete, Ryan’s career in the ring has been defined by resilience, focus, and an unrelenting commitment to excellence. His championship pedigree laid the foundation for his transition into entrepreneurship, where he built 'No Excuse Boxing' into a thriving hub for aspiring fighters, fitness enthusiasts, and everyday people seeking strength and confidence.
Ryan’s leadership style reflects his boxing philosophy: no shortcuts, no excuses, only consistent effort and accountability. Under his guidance, No Excuse Boxing has become more than just a gym: it’s a community where individuals of all ages and backgrounds come together to challenge themselves and achieve their personal best.
Beyond coaching and running his business, Ryan is passionate about mentorship and empowering the next generation. He believes boxing is not just about physical skill but also about cultivating discipline, self-respect, and mental toughness that extend far beyond the ring.

Farrukh Abbas, ACCA
Farrukh Abbas is an entrepreneur and consolidation strategist dedicated to creating long-term value through acquisitions in the fragmented home services industry.
He is the founder of Base Nurture, where he partners with business owners to implement disciplined lead generation and operational strategies that accelerate local business growth while delivering strong returns.
Farrukh’s expertise spans digital marketing, website management, CRM implementation, and cross-border partnerships. His background in building and scaling digital marketing campaigns, combined with his ACCA academic foundation, allows him to uniquely bridge financial discipline with modern growth strategies for small and mid-market companies.
Earlier in his career, Farrukh founded a performance-driven marketing agency serving clients in the U.S. and Canada, with a focus on scalable lead generation for professional services.
He is passionate about helping local business owners unlock real succession and growth opportunities through acquisitions, tools that have traditionally only been available to large corporations and private equity firms.
Outside of business, he is an avid reader of Warren Buffett and other legendary investors’ shareholder letters, a follower of the Financial Times, and a lifelong learner who keeps sharp by studying the latest marketing trends in platforms like Facebook and Google Ads. He thrives on building, teaching, and connecting across cultures.
Farrukh holds the ACCA 'Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business' (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and has been granted a 3-year bachelor’s degree equivalence by WES Canada. He continues to expand his expertise at the intersection of acquisitions, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth.
